Paint spray gun
Our spray guns from the Line The First are the ideal product for the professional painting, home work, woodwork and industry.
Designed in 1879 , the first prototype of aerograph was based on very different mechanical properties from most modern models , subsequently , the first modern spray gun was presented in 1893 at the Chicago World's Fair . The principle of operation of the spray gun is relatively simple, with a compressed air source which generates a depression at the level of the nozzle , the paint is sucked pulverized and projected on the surface we have chosen. There are three key points in setting the aerographs to use it correctly, and these are: the density of the color , the air pressure and the diameter of the nozzle . Each change of each individual element must be made in relation with the other two , for example , if it appears that the paint is thick , it can lighten , or alternatively change the setting of the air pressure and the opening of needle. The paint spray gun can paint both plastic surfaces than those of metal and wood. To obtain perfectly painted surfaces should use the spray gun instead of the brush. The work also can be done in less time ; to paint with this system , you just need an electric compressor and a medium-sized spiral to be connected to the gun , that allows the use of the spray gun without particular movements of the hands and wrists instead that the painting with a brush or roller require .
